At this time, Party Favor Jubilee, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Return Policy
1) We offer an easy 10 day return policy on all items.
2) We will refund your order total, less our initial costs for shipping and handling.
3) The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4) Returned items must be in new condition and in the original unopened packaging.

Cancellation Policy:

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products carefully to insure they arrive at your destination safely and securely. If an item does arrive damaged or with items missing, please notify us immediately so we can replace it for you as soon as possible.
Substitution Policy:
For a variety of reasons we will occasionally run out of a specific item.
This situation does not occur often, but when it does, we reserve the
right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
