How to make the Fork Tutu utensil holder:
♥ Step One: Take three cupcake baking cups and cut a “V” shape about one inch long on the bottom of each cup.
♥ Step Two: Place the cups inside of each other to create three layers.
♥ Step Three: Make each layer about half an inch apart.
♥ Step Four: Using your glue gun, on the front and back sides of your tutu, place one dot of glue in the center of the underside of each layer.
♥ Step Five: Slide your fork through the “V” shape. Behold, a fork tutu.
